The villa is situated on a hill, just 4 miles from the fantastic city of Ibiza and the airport. The property is south facing and has fantastic panoramic sea views in Playa d'en Bossa, Cap des Falco, Salinas and to Formentera. The property is 8000m2 and the villa has 400m2 of living space.
Rooms
There are four double bedrooms (three bedrooms have queen 180cm x 200cm, a bedroom has a bed of 160cm x 200cm) with bathroom en suite (2 bathrooms with bathtub, 1 bathroom with double shower and 1 bathroom with one shower). Each room has a flat screen TV and independent air conditioning system.
Living room
The kitchen is equipped with a double fronted Lieber fridge, freezer, chill wine and drinks, a Gaggenau oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine that is built in frond of the kitchen. Laundry room with washer and dry Siemens. The house is protected by an internal alarm system which is connected to an alarm company (Network Security). The living room has a flat screen Samsung + Bose surround system, BlueRayDVD and Spanish and Dutch TV.
On the terrace there are also 2 Bose speakers.
Pool area
The impressive 10m x 10m pool is chlorine; The system is based on waterpreparation salt (No salty water and the eyes especially good for flavor , skin and hair). There is a pool service that maintains the pool twice a week, if necessary, usually come early in the morning and therefore pose no disruption to the customer.
Outside area + parking
With large sun terraces and shaded areas. All the furniture is very high and out of a gas barbecue. Much of the property is landscaped with a very high standard , with spacious lawns ; these areas need regular maintenance. There are 2 gardeners working once a week . It is vital for the maintenance of that access is allowed. If you are denied access to the resulting damage will be charged to the tenants.
Staff
Included in the rent is a female member of staff who were very professional. She is responsible for cleaning the house and doing laundry (need to pay extra private laundry).
She works 8 hours a day, 6 days a week and day out is chosen by the customer. A second staff member who is responsible for maintenance of the house ; he cleans the terraces, windows and gardens. He will be there 5 days a week, 5 hours a day. She is willing to do additional work, we charge €12.00 per hour and €15,00 per hour from 22.00 onwards.
